March Mindwell Programs

March 4, 2024

Emotions are a part of our mental health! They affect how we react to experiences and how we perform everyday, as well as our relationships in our personal and professional lives.

This March, Mindwell will be focusing on helping you build your Emotional wellness, so you can successfully handle life’s stresses, release negative emotions, adapt to change, and remain grounded.

In alignment with World Sleep Day this month, the program includes a series of classes around simple tactics you can apply to improve the quality of sleep.
