Embrace 2024 with Mindfulness-in-Action!

This year MindWell is going to provide new ways for RRC staff and students to improve their health and well-being with mindfulness-in-action at the core.

One proven way to enhance overall health and well-being is regular physical activity. In January, MindWell’s wheel of health lands on physical health – offering a variety of classes to help you all get active and keep you motivated!

If you haven’t already done so, sign-up for your free MindWell account.
