Red River College Polytechnic’s leadership and management courses provide training in both the hard skills (tangible, technical skills) and soft skills (intangible, personality-related skills) in many important areas of leadership and management. Micro-credentials are awarded upon successful completion of the courses.

Project Management Courses
Develop the critical project management skills needed to effectively manage programs or projects in a variety of complex environments. You will learn how to lead and deliver projects on time and on budget. You will study a range of relevant subjects including project planning, communication management and quality control.
Earn Credits
Complete all of the RRC Polytech Project Management micro-credential courses to earn credit toward the full Project Management Fundamentals course.
