Furnished Single Room

DormSingle rooms are air-conditioned, private suites. They include the following items:

  • Single bed
  • Desk
  • Desk chair
  • Wardrobe
  • File cabinet
  • Mini fridge
  • Microwave
  • Internet & WiFi
  • Cable TV hookup (resident pays for cable service PGI is wired for Shaw Cable, they may be additional residence fees to add cable from a service provider other than Shaw)

Single rooms are approximately 15m2 and feature private full bathroom (toilet, sink, shower, and mirror).

Furnished Double Suite

Double suites are air-conditioned, shared suites with two private bedrooms that contain the following items:

  • Single bed
  • Desk
  • Desk chair
  • Wardrobe
  • File cabinet
  • Internet
  • Cable TV hookup (resident pays for cable service)

Each double suite also includes a shared full bathroom (with toilet, sink, shower, and mirror), and a shared kitchenette area with the following items:

  • Full fridge
  • Microwave oven
  • Sink
  • Cupboards
  • Kitchenette table
  • Two chairs
