The Garde Manger Lab will resume production on September 18, 2017.
The Baking Labs have resumed classes. This week they will be producing boxes of assorted chocolates, with the following flavours:

- Salted Caramel
- Classic Manon
- Cara Crakine
- Pistachio Gianaduja
- Speculoos and Caramel
- Peanut Butter and Jelly
