The Restaurant Cooking Lab is offering breakfast service only on Monday, June 19 until 10:30am, with full service commencing on Tuesday, June 20. The breakfast menu is posted here and the lunch menu is here, with hours of operation listed for each.

Global Cuisine Lab is now closed until September.

The Garde Manger Lab is providing the following items this week:

Monday and Tuesday

  • Salad Rolls
  • Spanakopita
  • Samosas

Wednesday and Thursday

  • Basic Vegetable Sushi Rolls
  • California Rolls
  • Other Assorted Sushi Rolls

The Baking Lab will have the following items available this week (Order of listing is approximate order of production; thus, items closer to the bottom of the list will be available later in the week):

  • Carrot Cake
  • Lemon Raspberry Buttercream Cake
  • Fruit Trifle
  • Bavarian
  • Strawberry Lemon Cheesecake
