Restaurant Cooking Lab is serving breakfast from 7:30am – 10:15am, Monday through Thursday, and lunch from 10:30am – 12:15pm, Monday through Thursday. This lab’s final day of service for the summer will be Thursday, July 21, 2016.
Global Cuisine Lab is will be serving Menu #2 this week, Monday through Wednesday, from 11:30am – 1:30pm. The last day of service for the summer for this lab will be Wednesday, July 20, 2106.
The Garde Manger Lab will be providing the following:

Hours for the Culinary Exchange are 7:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. There is no afternoon, dinner or weekend service May through August.
