PGI Culinary Exchange July 11 – 15, 2016

Restaurant Cooking Lab is serving breakfast from 7:30am – 10:15am, Monday through Thursday, and lunch from 10:30am – 12:15pm, Monday through Thursday. This lab’s final day of service for the summer will be July 21, 2016.

Global Cuisine Lab is will be serving Menu #2 this week, Monday through Thursday, from 11:30am – 1:30pm. The last day of service for the summer for this lab will be July 20, 2106.

Buffet and Charcuterie Lab’s final day of service will be Friday, July 15, 2016. The menu is posted here.

This week in Garde Manger Lab, the students will be preparing Vegetable Crudités with ranch dip and sliced fruit with yogurt. This will be available Tuesday through Thursday.

Hours for the Culinary Exchange are 7:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. There is no afternoon, dinner or weekend service May through August.
