Restaurant Cooking Lab is serving breakfast from 7:30am – 10:15am, Monday through Thursday, and lunch from 10:30am – 12:15pm, Monday through Thursday. This lab’s final day of service for the summer will be July 21, 2016.
Global Cuisine Lab is changing over to Menu #2 this week, Monday through Thursday, from 11:30am – 1:30pm. The last day of service for the summer for this lab will be July 20, 2106.
Buffet and Charcuterie Lab’s final two days of service will be Friday, July 8, and Friday, July 15, 2016. This Friday’s menu is posted here.
Testing is taking place in Garde Manger Lab this week, so selections available to the Culinary Exchange will be limited.
