PGI Culinary Exchange June 6 – 10

Global Cuisine Lab is in its third week of Menu #2, Monday through Thursday. Next week’s menu will be back to Menu #1.

Restaurant Cooking Lab continues with its new hours, serving breakfast from 7:30am – 10:15am and lunch from 10:30am – 12:15pm, Monday through Friday.

Buffet and Charcuterie Lab will be hosting their next buffet lunch on Friday, June 24.

Available from Garde Manger Lab this week:

Monday

  • Zesty quinoa salad
  • Tablouleh salad
  • Roasted Potato Salad

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

  • Assorted open-faced sandwiches

Friday

  • Bruschetta

Available from the Baking Labs:

  • Blueberry Crumble Muffins
  • Sour Cream Crumb Cake
  • Orange Nut Bread
  • Assorted Cookies

Please note that summer hours for the Culinary Exchange are 7:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. There is no afternoon, dinner or weekend service May through August.
