


Getting Ready to Register
Enrolment Services will email you with:
Make sure the following are set up and working:
If these are already activated, log in to HUB and Student Planning to confirm everything works.
Unpaid tuition, parking fines, or other outstanding accounts can block registration.
Check your HUB account to ensure your record is clear.
You will receive an email when Student Planning opens for your term. Create a back up plan in case your preferred course sections fill up.
This information is emailed to you. Registration priority follows the A4 Priority Registration Policy.
Log into HUB and select the Student Planning icon.
My Progress. This page shows:
Select the courses you want to take, choose the correct term, and click Add Course to Plan.
Use this tab to:
Displays your planned and registered courses in a weekly layout.
Hover over a section to see how it fits into your schedule. The preview appears as a dotted outline.
A planned course doesn’t enroll you or hold your seat — you must click Register.
Note: The Register Now button will remain greyed out until your assigned registration date and time. Once your window opens, the button will turn blue.
Some sections are reserved for specific programs or campuses.
Use the arrows to scroll through all available sections.
You must meet all requirements before registering.
If a section is full, you will not be able to register.
Any conflict in your schedule will block registration.
You can make changes until 11:59 p.m. on the Add/Drop date. After this deadline, changes cannot be made in Student Planning.
