Financial incentives and wage subsidies may be available to assist with hiring students, including these programs:
- Canada Summer Jobs Program (funding up to 100% the provincial minimum wage)
- Student Work Placement Program (up to $5,000 wage subsidy per placement)
- Provincial Paid Work Tax credits (credit up to 15% of wages, to a maximum of $5,000 per student)
- Manitoba Summer Student Recovery Plan (up to $7 per hour, to a maximum of $5,000 per student)
