MEDIA ADVISORY – Red River College hosts Open House 2016 on February 16 and 17

February 12, 2016

With over 200 full-time, part-time and apprenticeship options, deciding which Red River College program to pursue can be a major achievement in itself.

To help future students make that important choice, the College will open its doors to the community on February 16 and 17 during Open House 2016.

The event will showcase RRC’s wide range of career-related training options and the hands-on approach to learning that has helped our students achieve a 94% employment rate after graduation.

Attendees can speak directly to current students and instructors about their programs, and get a sense of what life at RRC is like by touring our classrooms, labs and other facilities — including the new Paterson GlobalFoods Institute, home of the College’s School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts, as well as its first student residence. Admissions experts will also be on hand to answer questions about the application process, and to assist with the completion of application forms and give advice about career exploration.
