Forget wireless network – Chromebook

IMPORTANT: This Chromebook process can take patience and time. We suggest you allow enough time for this process to complete, before actually needing to configure or connect to the RRCWireless network again.

These instructions are especially needed if you have changed your College password or if it has expired before you were able to change it.

To forget the RRCWireless network, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Wifi icon in the bottom right-hand side of the taskbar.
  2. Click the RRCWireless icon on the left, when the window opens.
  3. Click RRCWireless in the list of networks.
  4. Click Forget, and then click Configure wireless network – Chromebook to configure the network again.
NOTE: To leave the RRCWireless network, without forgetting it, click Disconnect.

After the Forget process is complete, you will see three available options: Forget, Configure, and Connect.
