1. Right‑click on the image below, click Save picture as or Save image as, and then choose a storage location for your image.

  2. In Outlook, on the Home tab, click New Email.

  3. On the Insert tab, click Signature, and then select Signatures from the drop‑down menu.

  4. On the Email Signature tab, click New.

  5. Type a name for the new signature, and then click OK.

  6. Add your name, title, department, College location, and phone number using the Marketing and Web Presence approved format below:

    Your Name, Your Title
    Your Department
    Red River College
    Your Office Address
    City, MB
    T: 204.555.5555

  7. Click the Insert Picture icon located on the right‑hand side of the image below.

  8. Locate the image you saved in Step 1, click the file to select it, and then click Insert.

  9. Review the new signature image below your contact information, and then click OK.

Insert your new signature manually

  1. In Outlook, on the Home tab, click New Email.

  2. On the Insert tab, click Signature, and then choose the signature that you would like to insert.

  3. Your new email signature and image will open within your new email.

Set your default signature

  1. In Outlook, on the Home tab, click New Email.

  2. On the Insert tab, click Signature, and then select Signatures from the drop‑down menu.

  3. On the right‑hand side of the Signatures and Stationery menu, in the Choose default signature group, choose the default for your New messages and Replies/forwards, and then click OK.
