Moving Into Residence

What to do When You Arrive

New and Returning Residents report to Security staff at the main entrance (504 Main Street) to move in.

If you are under the age of 18 you will need to bring a legal guardian with you.

Returning Residents: please bring your existing Student/Residence ID card to be reactivated.

Request your Move-In Date.

On your Residence Application in the comments section add your requested move-in date. All requests will be accommodated based on availability. Once your application has been processed you can refer to your room offer email to find your approved move in date.

Airport Pickup

International students should contact International Education for information regarding airport pickups.

Early Move-ins

RRC Polytech International Students may request to move into Residence up to two weeks in advance of their program, and will be accommodated based on availability. Please contact the Campus Living Office for more details.

Late Arrivals

If you are unable to move in on your designated move-in day, please notify the Campus Living Office as soon as possible. Please note Security is available to assist you 24/7. If you arrive at the Residence between midnight -6:00am you will be granted access to your suite and officially checked-in the next day.
