Caesar Salad – $6
Crisp romaine with house Caesar dressing, grated parmesan with seasoned croutons and garlic toast. Add warmed grilled chicken for $3.
Taco Salad – $6.50
Shredded iceberg lettuce, cheddar cheese, black beans, pico de gallo, avocado, and Catalina dressing.
Add seasoned beef or grilled chicken for $3.

Clubhouse Sandwich – $10

The 504 Burger – $10
1/4-pound patty with house-made “cheese caviar”, shaved lettuce, herb mayo, and crispy onion.
Mushroom Swiss Burger – $10
1/4-pound patty with roasted garlic mayo, caramelized onion and mushroom blend, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomato.

Beer-battered pickerel pieces, crisp coleslaw, and tartar sauce.
Deli Chicken Fingers – $9.50
Three crispy buttermilk chicken tenders with honey dill and crisp coleslaw.
Philly Cheese Melt – $9.50
Shaved roast beef, roasted garlic mayo, caramelized onions, grilled peppers, provolone, and cheddar cheese.
Toasted Cuban Sandwich – $9.50
Honey ham, Genoa salami, marinated roasted pork loin, pickles, Swiss cheese, and Smak Dab horseradish mustard.
Steak and Mushroom Omelet – $8.50
Three egg omelet filled with grilled sirloin, mushroom, onion, and Bothwell smoked gouda cheese. Topped with chimichurri sauce.
Chicken Quesadilla – $9
Grilled chicken, peppers, scallion, cilantro, corn, and Bothwell jalapeño Monterey and cheddar cheese. Served with house-made salsa and sour cream. (Vegetarian without chicken)
Goat Cheese Quesadilla (Veg) – $8.75
Tortilla filled with caramelized onion, triple mushroom, spinach, goat cheese, cheddar, and Monterey cheese. Served with roasted red pepper coulis dip.
