RRC Polytech Corporate Solutions partners with organizations to build workforce capacity, address business challenges and prepare for future opportunities. Through customized training, consulting and applied research, we connect employers with the expertise, industry insights and practical solutions needed to achieve their goals.
Our approach to training is guided by four core values that help ensure every learning experience is flexible, accessible, relevant and designed to support lifelong growth.
Flexible solutions that fit your schedule, wherever you are.
Learning experiences available online, in person or through a blended format.
Industry-informed solutions designed to meet today’s evolving needs.
Continuous learning opportunities that help individuals and teams succeed.
Our approach is rooted in partnership. We work alongside your team to assess needs, design customized solutions, deliver impactful learning experiences and evaluate outcomes. This collaborative process ensures training is aligned with your objectives and delivers value at every stage.
Every organization has its unique training needs. But not every company can meet its own needs with in-house resources. Our corporate solutions professionals will work with you to assess and determine the best way to achieve your goals.
At RRC Polytech, we’ll design and customize a solution to meet your company’s specific needs.
We know that flexibility is crucial when delivering our services. We can develop a training solution that will work for you whether your team is on-site, remote, centralized or distributed. We also offer evening and weekend training alternatives to maximize your employees’ time.
We apply an “evergreen” approach to upgrading our training solutions to ensure quality is maintained and new techniques are developed. Evaluating our students, instructors and curriculum gives us the tools we need to constantly improve.
