Communication for Health Professions

Program Overview

The Communication for Health Professions program is provided for free to eligible students thanks to funding from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

In this program, you will develop the strategies and language skills you need to study at post-secondary institutions and work in the healthcare industry. If you have previous training and experience in healthcare and wish to continue or re-enter employment in the Canadian healthcare field, you will build on your knowledge as you develop your language skills. If you do not have any previous training and experience in the healthcare field but would like to pursue an academic health-related program at RRC Polytech, this is the right program for you.

When you finish the program, you will have a better understanding of healthcare culture in Canada and have the confidence to pursue your academic studies and communicate in the healthcare workplace.
