   • A simulation of an actual job interview that gives someone the chance to practice what to say and do during an interview and receive feedback.

2. Soft Skills 
   • A set of personality characteristics that help employees to interact with others effectively in the workplace. They are often among the top skills employers seek in the candidates they hire because soft skills are important for all jobs.
