Monthly/Term Permits

Monthly and term (Power and Non-Power) permits are available to staff and students at the Stevenson Campus. Permits become available for purchase one month in advance, beginning at 12am on the first day of each month, and may be purchased through the Parking Portal or in person at the Commuting and Parking Office (DM19) during regular office hours.

  • Monthly permits are valid from the first to the last day of the month.
  • Term permits cover the full academic term:
    • Fall: September 1 – December 31
    • Winter: January 1 – April 30
    • Summer: May 1 – August 31
  • Permits purchased partway through a month or term will be prorated for the remaining period.

All permits are virtual and do not require hangtags. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Permit holders are responsible for ensuring their permit is linked to the correct license plate and that vehicles are parked in the designated zone and stall type to avoid parking violations.

Permits may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another person. The registered permit holder will be responsible for all parking tickets associated with that permit.

Manage Your Vehicles

Up to four vehicles may be registered for one permit, however only one vehicle may be parked on campus at any given time. Additional vehicles can be added through your parking portal. To remove a vehicle, please contact the Commuting and Parking Office.
