Forward email to another account

  1. To forward your email to another account, click the gear on the top right‑hand side of the menu bar to open the Settings  window.
  2. In Settings, type forwarding, then click the search result, or locate it in the list on the right-hand side.

  3. Complete the following:
    1. Select the Enable forwarding check box.
    2. Add the personal email address where you would like to forward your student email.
    3. Select the Keep a copy of forwarded messages check box, if you would like to keep a copy in your academic email account.
    4. Click Save.
