Microsoft Office for personal use

Red River College Polytechnic has a wonderful opportunity that is only available for current College students and staff to use Microsoft Office programs for free on their personal home computers or devices. Current students and staff can log on through HUB or install Office 365 on up to five devices for their own personal use.

Office 365 access for current students and staff

You may access your Office 365 programs in these three ways:

IMPORTANT: Family must not use the above methods to access Microsoft 365 products using the staff member’s College account and credentials.

Office 365 access for family of current staff

IMPORTANT: Only current staff may use this link to the Microsoft Workplace Discount Program.

Type in your College email address, and then follow the process to access Microsoft 365 for family members.

Remember this is only possible, if you are a current staff member. If you leave the College, this access will discontinue for yourself and all family members.


Office 365 access is removed in the following ways

Staff

  • Access will be removed once they are no longer employed by the College.

Student

  • Access will be removed one year after their last course.
  • If a student withdraws from a course their access will be removed upon completion of the withdrawal process.

IMPORTANT: Back up and safeguard your files and email communications according to the above specified information.
