IT Solutions would like to make the College community aware of a service provider scheduled maintenance window affecting the College internet connection.

–Scheduled Maintenance Window–
Start: Friday, July 11, 1900hrs (7:00pm)
Complete: Friday, July 11, 2359hrs (11:59pm)

–User Experience–
During the maintenance window there may be multiple brief (up to 10 minute) outages affecting College internet services.  This will result in disrupted access to RRC Polytech hosted applications and services from off-campus locations, and access to internet hosted applications and services from on-campus locations.

Examples of services affected from off-campus include, but are not limited to, VPN, HUB, and Virtual Desktops.

Examples of services affected from on-campus include, but are not limited to, internet, the main College web page (www.rrc.ca), Learn, O365, Teams, Webex, Adobe Cloud Connect, Campus Press, and Salesforce.

Plans for this maintenance window are subject to change.
