Pathway to Engineering Technology Programs

Take a confident first step to prepare for academic success at RRC Polytech.

Learn to excel across a range of engineering technology industries in an inclusive, supportive environment infused with Indigenous culture.

This pathway program is designed to provide admission to Indigenous Manitobans who have not had the opportunity to participate or succeed in post-secondary education due to social, economic or cultural factors; a lack of formal education; or limitations due to remote geographic location (inaccessibility to post-secondary institutions).

Pathway programs are preparatory and exploratory experiences that help ensure your academic, personal, social and financial readiness and provide the skills and support you need to confidently transition into specific RRC Polytech programs.

Through Pathway to Engineering Technology Programs, you’ll jumpstart your journey into post-secondary education and prepare for a rewarding career in civil, electrical, mechanical or power engineering technology. You’ll gain a network of career-focused supports while building the learning techniques, foundational knowledge and technical skills you need to progress with confidence.
