RRC Polytech’s Baking and Pastry Arts program combines practical lab training, theory-based learning and work experience to prepare you for a career in the baking profession.

You will produce a wide variety of products including breads, quick breads, viennoiserie, pastries, cookies, cakes, chocolate and sugar work while developing essential skills in food safety, sanitation and bakery processes.
