Applying for the LINC program is as easy as filling out the form below. When you’re filling out the form, make sure you have the following:

  1. An English language assessment
    Make sure you have an English language assessment and referral by submitting the WELARC Assessment Intake Form. For more information on the assessment process, please contact WELARC.
