Contest Rules and Regulations

1. Contest Period
   The contest will take place from August 8 to August 10, 2025, at the Winkler Harvest Festival. Entries must be received at the RRC Polytech booth to be eligible.
2. How to Enter
   To enter the contest, participants must scan the QR code displayed at the RRC Polytech’s booth and complete the online entry form, which includes providing their names and email addresses. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Eligibility
   This contest is open to anyone over the age of 18. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of RRC Polytech are not eligible to enter.
4. Winner Selection
   One (1) entry will be drawn at random from all the entries after the contest closes. The draw will take place by August 11, 2025. The winner selected will be contacted by email within five (5) business days of the draw.
5. Prize Details
   One (1) winner will receive a $500 credit toward any full-time or part-time program or course offered at the RRC Polytech Winkler Campus. The credit can only be used towards the tuition fee for a single program at the campus, and any unused credit cannot be applied to other programs or courses.
6. Claiming the Prize
   The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw and must respond within five (5) business days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
   
   The winner will contact the RRC Polytech Winkler Campus when they are ready to use the credit towards a program. The credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be used by December 31, 2026.
7. Participation in the Contest
   By participating in this contest, the participants agree:
   (a) to be bound by these Contest Rules and the decisions of RRC Polytech, whose decisions are final;
   (b) that if selected as the winner, the winner agrees to allow RRC Polytech to publish their name, likeness, voice, image, recording, video footage or statements for editorial, promotional, advertising and publicity purposes, without compensation other than the value of the prize offered;
   (c) to release and indemnify and hold harmless RRC Polytech and all their respective officers, directors, employees, owners, agents, contractors, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with or arising out of this contest.
8.  Consent and Privacy
   By entering the contest, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by RRC Polytech for the contest. Participants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and RRC Polytech’s privacy policy.
9. General Terms
   RRC Polytech reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest for any reason.
   
   RRC Polytech is not responsible for incomplete, late, lost, or misdirected entries.
   
   This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
   
   The decisions of RRC Polytech regarding all aspects of the contest are final and binding.
10. No Purchase Necessary
    Entry for this contest is free, and no purchase is necessary to enter or win.
