A highlight of this year’s event is Lisa Taylor, who will be partnering with us as a keynote speaker. Lisa is the President of Challenge Factory and the Centre for Career Innovation. She offers invaluable leadership and insights about the Future of Work—with a focus on how talent equity, demographics, freelance economy, and new market dynamics to gain strategic workforce and career advantage.

But wait, there’s more! The second day keynote speaker is Graham Donald, one of North America’s leading experts on attracting, recruiting, and engaging students and graduates. He founded Brainstorm Strategy Group Inc. in 2003 to focus on improving students’ school-to-work transition by advising and training both the employers that hire students and the educators who support their career development on campus.

ERC 2022 will also feature industry speakers, alumni and employer panel discussions, and presentations from RRC Polytech staff, covering the topics of labour market trends, cultural themes, workplace expectations, and job search best practices.

Join us to get the latest insights from invaluable leaders on today’s world of work and learn strategies to gain a head start in your career.
