Diagnostic Support Worker Courses
The RRC Polytech Diagnostic Support Worker (DSW) program prepares students to practice diagnostic support skills as knowledgeable, competent and caring health care professionals.
The DSW program is an applied certificate program designed to enhance the accessibility to health care services for remote communities. Focused in community, students are provided with the opportunity to learn and practice clinical skills close to home.

Psychological Safety Advisor
RRC Polytech’s Psychological Safety Advisor micro-credential course prepares students to learn about the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace (PH&S). This standard provides employers with a framework on how to foster psychologically safe and healthy work environments.
In partnership with The Canadian Mental Health Association Manitoba and Winnipeg Inc., learners will complete this offering with a recognized micro-credential to show their abilities to be an advocate for safe psychological and mental health workplaces.
This two-day micro-credential course involves in-person practice and 4-6 hours of online pre-work.
