Once eligibility has been verified, Commuting and Parking will provide the appropriate registration instructions for the requested parking lot. Permit availability is subject to parking lot capacity.
After receiving your registration details from Commuting and Parking, complete your parking registration through Impark.
Note: Monthly parking permits remain active until cancelled.
A maximum of two license plates may be registered under one parking account. Only one registered vehicle may be parked on campus at a time. Additional vehicles can be added through your online Impark account. To remove a vehicle, please contact Impark Customer Service.
Important: Physical parking decals are not required as parking privileges are linked to your registered license plate.
Daily parking is available at all South Winnipeg Campus locations using HangTag online or through the mobile app. Daily parkers may park in any available pass holder parking stall at the location where they have purchased parking, unless the stall is signed as reserved, visitor, staff-only, or otherwise restricted.
All contractors bringing a vehicle on campus are required to purchase parking. This includes, but is not limited to, all service and sales calls, meetings, and site tours. Any associated parking costs will be the responsibility of the contractor/technician.
Contractors may park in any available pass holder parking stall at the location where they have purchased parking, or in a signed, designated contractor parking area. Contractors may not park in stalls signed as reserved, visitor, staff-only, or otherwise restricted.
Vehicles displaying a valid accessible parking permit may park in any permitted parking area. Designated accessible parking spaces are reserved for vehicles displaying a valid accessible hangtag. Standard parking fees and registration requirements continue to apply unless otherwise authorized
Overnight parking is not permitted. For special circumstances, contact Commuting and Parking at parking@rrc.ca before leaving a vehicle on campus overnight.

Permit holders are responsible for cancelling their own parking accounts through Impark. To cancel your monthly parking, Please complete and submit a cancellation request form via the Contact Us page.
Cancellation requests are processed in the order received. Requests submitted by the 7th will be effective at the end of the current month. Requests submitted on or after the 8th will be effective 30 days from the submission date. A confirmation email will be sent once your request has been processed.
