Copyright Infringement Claim Form

This form provides a means of reporting cases of alleged copyright infringement on any public website belonging to the Red River College Polytechnic domain (any websites containing rrc.ca in the address). This form is in compliance with federal copyright legislation Respecting Providers of Network Services or Information Location Tools, Section 41.25(2) of the Copyright Act.

The following information is collected as requirement legislation. A notice of claimed infringement shall include all of the following elements required in the below fields as mandatory indicated by an asterisk.
