Connect to student email using Outlook app – Mac

Outlook for Mac enables secure access to your device’s emails, calendars and contacts.

1. Click the Tools tab and choose Accounts.
   
   
2. In the Accounts, select Add Email Account.
   
   
3. Complete your organization’s sign-in process.
   
4. Your account will be configured and synced across the board.
   

Add Account

1. Click the Tools tab, and then click Accounts.
   
2. Tap the + icon at the bottom left of the Accounts window and pick the email type from the dropdown menu.
   
3. Enter your email address and password, and then click Add Account.
   
4. Your new account will display under your default email account.
   

Delete Account

1. Click the Tools tab, and then click Accounts.
   
2. Find the account you want to delete in the Accounts window, and click the – icon on the bottom left.
   
3. Confirm your decision by clicking Delete.
