Connect to a printer in Windows 10 and 11
- For the Notre Dame Campus or Language Training Centre, refer to Step 1.
- For the Exchange District Campus, refer to Step 3.
- In your Windows search box, type \\staffprintndc for Xerox printers, or \\staffprintndchp for HP printers, and then click the search result.
- Proceed to Step 4.
- In your Windows search box, type \\staffprintedc for Xerox printers, or \\edadprinthp for HP printers, and then click the search result.
- On the staffprintndc page, right‑click on the printer icon for your area, and then click Connect.
Set your default printer
- In your Windows search box, type Printers & scanners, and then click the search result.
- Click the printer that you want to set as your default.
- Click Set as default.
