If Outlook is incorrectly identifying incoming mail as spam and redirecting it to your Junk E‑mail folder, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- In your Junk E‑Mail folder, right‑click on the email that you want to redirect to your Inbox and in the Junk menu, click Never Block Sender.
NOTE: If the blocked email is from a company and you want to redirect all emails from its domain to your Inbox, right‑click on the email and in the Junk menu, click Never Block Sender’s Domain (@example.com). Use this option with caution, however, to avoid unblocking a full domain such as @gmail.com or @outlook.com.
- To change or disable your Junk E‑Mail folder settings, on the Home tab, in the Junk menu, click Junk E‑mail Options.
- To disable junk email filtering, on the Junk E‑mail Options menu, on the Options tab, select No Automatic Filtering. To filter only the most obvious junk email, on the Junk E‑mail Options menu, on the Options tab, select Low.
