Redirect junk email to Inbox

If Outlook is incorrectly identifying incoming mail as spam and redirecting it to your Junk E‑mail folder, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Click your Junk E‑Mail folder on the left‑hand pane, right‑click on the email that you want to redirect to your Inbox, hover your cursor over the Junk menu option, and then click Never Block Sender.

    NOTE: If the blocked email is from a company and you want to redirect all emails from its domain to your Inbox, right‑click on the email that you want to redirect, hover your cursor over the Junk menu option, and then click Never Block Sender’s Domain (@example.com). Use this option with caution, however, to avoid unblocking a full domain such as @gmail.com or @outlook.com.
  2. To change or disable your Junk E‑Mail folder settings, on the Home tab, in the Delete group, click the Junk drop‑down menu, and then select Junk E‑mail Options.

  3. To disable junk email filtering, on the Junk E‑mail Options menu, on the Options tab, select No Automatic Filtering. To filter only the most obvious junk email, select Low. Click OK when your are finished making your selections.
