Install Adobe Creative Cloud applications
The Adobe CC license agreement and installation process have changed. If you have previously logged on to your RRC Polytech Adobe account and receive the following message, or if you are logging on to your RRC Polytech Adobe account for the first time, follow these steps to install or continue using Adobe CC applications:

- In your Windows search box, type Adobe Acrobat DC, and then press the Enter key (or click the search result).
- If you have previously logged on to your RRC Polytech Adobe account, refer to Step 3. If you are logging on to your RRC Polytech Adobe account for the first time, refer to Step 5.
- On the Acrobat DC home page, click the Profile and settings icon in the top right‑hand corner.

- On the Profile and settings window, click the Adobe Account link, and then proceed to Step 9.

- Click Sign In in the top right‑hand corner of the page.

- On the Sign In window, click Sign In on the bottom right‑hand corner.

- In the Email address field, enter your College user name followed by @rrc.ca, and then press the Tab key to be redirected to the College’s log on screen.

NOTE: If your email does not automatically redirect you to the RRC Polytech log on page in
Step 8, click the
Sign in with an Enterprise ID link above, and on the
Enterprise ID page, enter your College
user name followed by
@rrc.ca, and then press the
Tab key to be redirected to the College’s log on screen.
- On the RRC Polytech Sign In page, enter your College user name followed by @rrc.ca, enter your password, and then click Sign in.
- On the Adobe Overview page, under Common tasks at the bottom of the page, click the View and download my apps link.

NOTE: If you are logging on to Adobe CC for the first time, you may be prompted to reenter your College user name and password as described in
Step 7. (If the
Cookies and other technologies window appears at the bottom of the page, it is safe to click
Accept.)
- On the Creative Cloud page, on the Apps tab, click Install, Open, or Update for the applications that you want to use.
