Pathway to Information Technology Programs

This preparatory program provides a pathway to the following programs:

Pathway programs are preparatory and exploratory, and provide Indigenous Manitobans with the skills and supports to transition into selected Red River College Polytechnic programs by increasing their academic, personal, social and financial readiness. Start your educational journey and prepare to select a career path in Business Information Technology, Information Security or IT Operations. Gain the skills to succeed in a supportive and inclusive environment infused with Indigenous culture.

This pathway will prepare you and increase your readiness (academic, personal, social, and financial) for the College programs listed above.

Information Specific to Pathway to Information Technology Programs

To apply for the Pathway to IT programs, fill out the application form and email the completed version to documents@rrc.ca. Applicants can contact Indigenous Liaison Advisor, Marshall Richard at marichard@rrc.ca about the program and application process.

Through a generous donation made by the Royal Bank of Canada, the tuition fee will be reduced to $500 (total) for students who are registered in the 2022, 2023 or 2024 intake.
