New Hire Information

Welcome to Red River College Polytechnic!

Please ensure that your signed letter of offer is returned to Human Resource Services within 5 business days. You may email an image of the signed document to paybenefits@rrc.ca, deliver it in person/by mail, or fax to 2040-694-0750.

There are many benefits available to eligible to regular, term and casual employees. These benefits include, but are not limited to, Flex Health Plans and subsidized City of Winnipeg bus passes.

If you are an instructor, please ensure that you have completed your Instructors Self-Declaration of Qualifications, found here. It is your responsibility to supply the College with any updates to your education.

You will need to meet with your Pay and Benefits Specialist in your first week to complete the necessary payroll documentation – you will be contacted to make an appointment. You will need a VOID cheque, and either your birth certificate or passport for proof of birthdate for pension purposes. They will go over any applicable benefits and pension/group insurance information with you when you meet with them.

If background checks are a condition of your employment, you will receive an email on where and how to obtain the checks. More information can be found here.
