The Technology Management program prepares technologists and other technology experts with the advanced skills and focused management training they need to act as effective supervisors and managers.

Through this program, you will build the knowledge, skills and abilities required to develop management strategies, create business plans, identify market opportunities and develop and implement marketing strategies. You’ll learn to manage research and development and technical projects, plan budgets and apply the principles of economics, accounting and finance. You’ll also develop crucial communication and interpersonal skills, learn to foster organizational diversity and help build effective multi-disciplinary teams.

RRC Polytech campuses are located on the lands of Anishinaabe, Ininiwak, Anishininew, Dakota, and Dené, and the National Homeland of the Red River Métis.
