Explore, recognize and uphold the ethical, legal and organizational responsibilities that come with the role of project manager. 

Focus on techniques for working effectively as a project manager while balancing human resources. Learn to apply strategies and align projects to support and sustain organizational success and meet project requirements while adapting methodologies to changing project and organizational requirements.
