Business Administration – Logistics and Supply Chain Management is a specialization program. Students interested in this program must apply to and complete the first common term of the Business Administration program.

Manitoba is a strategic logistics hub and home to the continent’s largest tri-modal inland port. With direct access to major rail lines, highways and one of Canada’s busiest air cargo facilities, the province’s supply chain sector continues to expand and is expected to drive significant job growth across transportation, warehousing, logistics and related services.

The Business Administration – Logistics and Supply Chain Management major provides you with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in Manitoba’s thriving logistics, transportation and supply chain industry.

Through hands-on classroom activities and collaboration with experienced faculty and industry professionals, you will build practical skills that prepare you to contribute effectively to your future logistics and supply chain career.

The program introduces core business concepts, communication strategies and supply chain fundamentals to help students build a solid foundation for a variety of career paths. You will learn about business operations including procurement, logistics, and transportation, supplier relations and inventory management.

Additionally, you’ll explore ethical practices, diversity and sustainability, preparing you to navigate the complexities of modern business with integrity and social responsibility.

This program was designed to provide pathways to industry, with several courses offered that meet the Canadian Institute of Transportation (CITT) academic requirements.
