Business Administration – Human Resource Management is a specialization program. Students interested in this program must apply to and complete the first common term of the Business Administration program.

The Business Administration – Human Resource Management major offers an applied learning experience focused on the people who drive organizational success. This program prepares you for a career supporting, developing and empowering the workforce that powers every business. You’ll begin with a solid foundation in core business principles, then progress into specialized HR courses that build practical skills in recruitment and selection, employee benefits, performance management, labour relations and employee engagement.
