Level UP

Get paid to build skills for your career

Short-term, remote projects you choose, where you’ll meet potential employers and earn work experience alongside a supportive community of Canadian students.

Red River College Polytechnic is proud to be partnering with Riipen and the Government of Canada to offer this opportunity to RRC Polytech students and industry partners.

Introducing a new way to earn work experience

Level UP Projects are flexible, 80-hour paid internships that can be completed fully online or hybrid.

Flexible by Design

Each Level UP project takes 80 hours to complete. You’ll work directly with your employer partner to set a timeline of 2-8 weeks, taking into account your class/work schedule.

Multiple Experiences

Eligible students can work on up to 3 Level UP projects per year. Explore different disciplines, meet a variety of employers, and add it all to your resume or LinkedIn at the end.

Fair Compensation

With funding by the Government of Canada’s Innovative Work-Integrated Learning (I-WIL) initiatives program, you’ll earn a $1,400 stipend for each project completed.

Match, stay organized, and collect feedback in one place

Build skills and work experience for your career while you’re still in school.
