Please note that as of June 25, 2025, Career Bridge will only accept application documents (e.g. cover letters, resumes, transcripts) in PDF format. Word documents will no longer be accepted by the system.

To convert a Word document to a PDF, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the finalized Word document.
2. Click on the “File” menu in the top left corner.
3. Choose “Save as”.
4. In the “Save as type” dropdown, select “PDF”.
5. Choose a location and filename for the PDF.  Give the file a specific name, such as “Name_Resume_JobTitle_CompanyName”. Click “Save”.
