Average salary in this field is $44,844 per year; new workers generally start around $29,120, while highly experienced workers can earn as much as $62,504. Salary is based on level of experience and education (wage data taken from: jobbank.gc.ca).

Brokers/Agents may have commission as part of their compensation structure and the emphasis on commission sales will vary from firm to firm.
