Strategic Enrolment Management Framework

RRC Polytech’s Strategic Enrolment Management Framework outlines what is needed to build a flexible and adaptable plan to meet enrolment goals related to student recruitment, retention and graduation. Strategic Enrolment Management is a powerful and proactive tool that will enable RRC Polytech to address the rapidly changing and increasingly competitive post-secondary landscape.

This Framework was informed by and aligns with our Academic Plan 2022-26, Learning in Action, and drives a collaborative approach to the operationalization of RRC Polytech’s Academic Plan, and achievement of our strategic priorities.
