In-person requests for transcripts can be completed while you wait; however, requests received by mail, phone or online require a minimum of one week production time. Delivery time is additional.

Note: If you’re a current student or a recent grad who has a Red River College Polytechnic account for HUB, you can submit your request for a digital transcript via Student Self-Serve. Requests done through your online account may lead to faster processing times.

  • Digital Transcript: an official digital record of a student’s courses taken and grades achieved that is issued through MyCreds.
  • Paper Transcript: an official record of a student’s courses taken and grades achieved.
  • Credential Replacement: An official certificate or diploma indicating your completion of your program of study. Students who did not complete a certificate or diploma program will not be eligible for a Credential Replacement.

Payment Options

E-Transfer – Transfer funds via email to studentservices@rrc.ca. If you choose this option, you must include your student number, full name, date of birth and payment type (e.g. full-time or part-time transcript, certificate, diploma) in the email message field prior to sending. If you do not know your student number, please provide your email address in the message field.

Phone – If you are paying for a full-time program transcript, please call our general line at 204-632-2327 for credit card payment over the phone. If you are paying for a part-time program transcript, please call Continuing Education at 204-694-1789 for credit card payment over the phone.

Pick-Up: If you are picking up your official transcript, please note it will be available within the next hour at a Student Service Centre and payment can be made at the same time via debit, Visa or MasterCard. When picking up your documents, please ensure you bring your government issued ID for verification.

Digital Transcripts

Note: Official transcripts from Red River College Polytechnic are issued and accessed through MyCreds, a digital credential platform for certifying, sharing and verifying academic credentials. These digital transcripts can be shared securely with educational institutions, employers and other third parties. You can access official transcripts faster and share them worldwide.

Digital Transcripts are paid through the MyCreds platform and not through RRC Polytech. When you sign into your MyCreds portal, you will be presented with a list of all your documents. Click on the document you would like to open. If this is your first time opening a new document or updated document, you may see a Payment required notice. You must have at least one share credit associated with your document to view your document.

Red River College Polytechnic will email you directly when your digital transcript has been issued to you through MyCreds. The email will be sent to your personal email address that we have on file. Make sure your you are able to login to your online HUB account.  Please follow the instructions in that email to register and create your account. For more information see the tips page.
