Reservation information for Jane’s

Jane’s Restaurant is a teaching and learning classroom for our Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management students. We are proud to have this beautiful facility as our practical classroom. Your patronage assists our faculty in offering “real life” experiences for our students to further develop and practice their skills.


Lunch service will be available from September 25 to December 5.
The reservation system and lunch menus are now online.

The maximum table size is six people.
If the date you’re looking for is unavailable, it may be because we are closed that day or all reservations for that date have already been filled.


Dinner reservations work differently from lunch. Please read the following carefully.

Dinner service will be available from October 9 to December 4.
The reservation system and dinner menus will be online starting September 17.

Dinner reservations open up four weeks in advance, giving everyone a fair opportunity to book a table.

If the date you’re looking for is unavailable, it may be because:

  • We are not open that day,
  • All reservations for that date have been filled, or
  • The date is more than four weeks away.

The maximum table size is six people.
Requests for more than six guests at separate tables may not be accepted due to table availability and reservation timing.
