Change Teams device settings

  1. Plug the USB-C dock into your laptop.

  2. Open the Team desktop app, then click the ellipsis (…) in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, and then click Settings.

  3. Click Devices.

  4. If the Speaker field shows Headphones (HP USBC-C Dock Audio Headset) or similar, then change it to Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio).

  5. Manually change the Microphone field to Microphone Array (Intel Smart Sound Technology) and then click the Make a test call button to perform a test call to confirm that the sound is working.
